Our damp surveyors have years of experience in the construction and damp industry. We exist solely to provide an unbiased report about any damp in the property and the expected costs to resolve it.

We will undertake a top to bottom survey of the inside and outside of the house and check for the three main damps; rising, penetrating and condensation. In many cases the surveyors will find little or no damp, in which case it will be simple and cost effective to resolve.

Our promise is that we will inform you of exactly what damp is or is not present and then we provide an accurate estimate of what it will cost to pay a damp contractor to carry out the required works to resolve the issues.
